Last years' hail storm damaged my roof, the metal roof of my solarium, the solarium door's window and my garage door. The roof damage caused a leak into my home through the carbon monoxide sensor in the hallway.
Hartland Roofing came immediately when I called them and did temporary repairs to stop the leak. About 2 weeks later they delivered the shingles I had picked out and they were able to replace my roof in one and a half days! (I have a 2000 square foot home). They set up tents over my landscaping so none of my bushes or flowers were damaged. The crew did an amazing cleanup afterwards. The garage door and solarium roof and window took awhile because of supply chain issues and weird dimensions on the window.
Through the whole process, they arrived when they said they would, kept me informed about how my claim was progressing, called to see if I had any complaints and were wonderful to work with.
I've needed roof repairs before due to OK weather, but I used a big company and there were a lot of glitches and miscommunications before they finished the job to my satisfaction.

Leo and his guys at Hartland did an awesome job reroofing our rental property. After a hail storm caused the roof to leak into one of the bedrooms, they got there quickly, and got it replaced. They had the whole roof replaced in a matter of hours, it was crazy to watch. Also they dealt with the insurance agents and were able to get us a substantially better quality roof at no additional cost to us. Couldn’t be happier!
Hartland is great! Everybody is pleasant and polite, they know their jobs and they pay attention to all the little details.
If they say they will be there at a certain time, you know they will be exactly on time, prepared, organized and ready to go. (Actually, bet on them showing up a little early, and politely waiting in their truck until you're ready for them.)

We have worked with Hartland multiple times, so when our roof was heavily damaged by a hail storm, they were the first and only construction company that we contacted. Leo arrived early the morning after the storm to take what had to have been 1,000 pictures and tape up our broken windows. They were incredible advocates with the insurance company, and our roof was replaced more quickly than we could have imagined.
